All of our shipments are curbside delivery with a contracted freight carrier.
All of our freestanding bathroom vanities are fully assembled at the factory, unless noted otherwise, with a large opening in the back for plumbing installation. Due to the nature of natural stones, it's normal for stone countertops and sinks to have variation in color and texture, discolored spots, pores, veins or other birthmarks and natural imperfections. Therefore, these are NOT considered defective. To avoid any dirt or stain from getting into the stone, we highly recommend you to seal any stone surfaces before installation.
The digital images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware different computer monitors may cause colors to vary slightly. Additionally, cabinet finishes may appear darker in different available lighting.
Unless noted otherwise, all our freestanding bathroom vanities come with solid natural stone countertops with pre-drilled holes for faucet installation. Individual personality of each stone top is further expressed by anomalies such as veining and coloration, as the nature of stone. No two pieces of stone tops are exactly the same. We recommend you to seal any stone surfaces before installation to avoid any dirt or stain from getting into the stone.
Backsplashes are optional for an additional cost and they only ship with the vanity. Because we are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers, we are unable to ship out backsplashes individually due to their fragile nature and because of reports of frequent damage during the transit process. In the event that the backsplash is received damaged or broken, it will not be replaced, only refunded. Alternatively, we recommend either shopping at your local hardware store for matching stone or consider using tile as an alternate backsplash.
Each of our fine bathroom vanity is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, detailed with a multi-step finishing process. With individual technique and interpretation, no two pieces are exactly the same. Actual color may vary slightly due to different computer monitor display settings.

All shipments are Curbside Delivery only within the contiguous United States. Please email us with your Postal Code to anywhere else for shipping quote. Be sure to have your correct shipping address along with payment; otherwise, you will be responsible for any Change of Address Fee. Small items would be shipped out via UPS Ground or USPS service, unless noted otherwise.
Any larger items would be shipped via LTL freight carrier to the 48 states. However, some rural areas, inaccessible roads or limited access for semi-truck (deep hill, gravel road, long driveway, narrow road, private road, etc.) may not be deliverable by our contracted carriers and therefore, items may not be shipped to those locations or any additional shipping cost occurred will be billed to buyer. Please contact us for details before purchase if any of the conditions above apply to your location. Extra shipping charges apply to NY (ZIPS 100-104 & 110-119).
For freight shipment (large items), a day-time phone number will also be required. We will notify you by email with the tracking number and freight carrier information and delivery instructions.
The freight carrier might or might not contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. We recommend that our customers call to schedule the delivery of your shipment at your best convenience. Please ensure you will be present at time of delivery arrival to inspect and accept the package. Please call the freight carrier one day prior to your delivery to confirm the appointment.
Delivery agents will unload your items from the truck but will not move the items inside your house or business, and will not assist with unpacking, set up, or clean up.
It usually takes 5-10 business days to process a shipment upon receipt of full payment, physical address, and any other necessary information required.
All shipments are delivered curbside during the freight carrier’s normal business hours.
As part of our quality assurance, each item is individually inspected and prepared for shipping in our warehouse.
You may return an unopened, un-installed, and undamaged item that MUST be in its original box and packaging stripped on the original pallet in new condition within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping costs from and to our warehouse (even if it was a free shipping promotion listing).
All returns MUST be authorized by us. Please contact us directly via email.
If the return is not a result of our error (wrong item being sent) and your item is returned within 7 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping costs from and to our warehouse (even if it was a free shipping promotion listing). All items are subject to a charge of 20% restocking fee.
Please note that it usually takes us 2-4 business days to process returns after they arrive at our warehouse location. We will notify you via email after the return is processed.
Refunds will not be issued for items that are not in new condition and not in original packaging, damaged during the return shipping process, or returns that are not received by our warehouse. We recommend that our customers insure all return shipments and contact us with the shipment tracking number.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of custom/special order products that have been modified or used.
Our return policy will apply in the event you want to cancel your order after it has shipped or is scheduled for delivery. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, which includes the original shipping cost plus the actual return shipping fees (even if it was a free shipping promotion listing) and a charge of 20% restocking fee.
To provide a safer transit, all our products are individually shrink-wrapped and secured to pallets when preparing for freight shipments. Shipments are boxed with protective Styrofoam and reinforced for extra safety measures. We are not responsible for damages during transit.
Even with all the extra measures we take to ensure a safe and complete transit, nonetheless, damages or shortage may still occur. In case such an event should occur, before signing the carrier's delivery receipt, please inspect the carton for any damages (i.e. crushing, dents, creasing, etc.) and note this on the delivery receipt . The driver is not required to wait for you to unpack the item and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the package. If it is obvious that there is damage, you may ask the driver to let you open the carton and check the contents with you. Upon inspection, if damage is found, you may refuse the shipment and write "Refused due to shipping damage" on the delivery receipt or electronic device before signing for the delivery. Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and supporting photos and contact the carrier immediately.
Once you sign the delivery receipt and accept the shipment, the driver will depart and it will be your responsibility to unpack the item.
Failure to note shipping damage will result in our inability to offer an exchange, return, or refund.
All damages/shortages must be reported to us with supporting photos immediately, so that we can file a claim for your replacement. You must contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery, with supporting photos, via email to report the damage. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging of the shipment for any return.
Refusing delivery for any non-damage or non-defect reason (i.e. wrong color), as per our discretion, customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee and the shipping costs from and return shipping costs to our warehouse (even if it was a free shipping promotion listing).
Delivery receipt is a binding contract. By signing the receipt without any notation of damage/shortage, the customer is stating that all items are in 100% good condition, inside and out, and agree to release all liabilities from us (the seller) and the freight carrier.
Any insurance claim without a damage note on the driver's delivery receipt will be declined by the freight carrier, and so no refund, return, or replacement can be made.
We recommend having your plumbing fixtures installed by a licensed plumbing contractor. We will not be responsible for subsequent damages caused by water leaks under any circumstance and for any reason.
